Nessie Services was called in to support commissioning engineers
of a timber dip plant delivered from Germany.
Fault finding for start up and later some alterations in the PLC were necessary
to get best results for different timber.
Nessie Services modified the supplied PLC logic and altered functions for:
inclined lowering
rotation
raise / lower between rotations
We also modified the Alarm messages and programmed limits
for rotation inside the plant.
