The Barcode Validation / Verification System checks if printed barcodes are readable and valid.
Brief Description:
The Barcode Validation / Verification System comes installed in
a Control Box, consisting of:
Control Unit with serial Interface and Ethernet connection
mountable Industrial Scanner
The unit reads the Product Barcode Labels (on Production Line)
to check readability and validity.
A digital output is set to e.g. stop the line and / or to indicate a false or missing Label.
A presetable counter can be used to activate output after x-amount of failed readings.
All Barcodes are counted (ok, nok and missing) and after each Product change
inserted into an Excel format file (CSV), which can be accessed via Web browser.
Settings carried out via Standard Web browser,
no additional Hard- or Software needed.
